Electronically controlled JACK automatic machine for sewing a programmed pattern in the available sewing field of 600 x 400 mm.

The machine is used to repeatedly sew a repeatable decorative sewing pattern, sew on labels, Velcro, emblems, as well as sew on pockets, flaps, zippers and other elements. The machine can also be used in the production of quilted jackets, coats, quilts or mattresses.
It is ideal for sewing multiple bar tacks and attaching straps in the MOLLE system.
Equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors. The machine can be used for various materials and operations, but is easy to use and, thanks to the solutions used, does not require any special skills from the operator.

The RFID reader located under the tabletop enables quick automatic loading of patterns depending on the type of sewing form used (the forms are made to order and are not standard equipment of the machine)

All sewing parameters can be programmed on the clear, touch-sensitive operating panel. Created patterns can be saved in the machine’s internal memory (available memory for 999 patterns) or external USB memory.

It is required to connect the machine to a compressed air source (compressor).
