JACK A8 Lockstitch
Automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine with an electronic transport system equipped with an energy-saving servo motor, mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive), which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and low electricity consumption. Electronic, programmable transport system (programming the movement of the teeth) controlled by stepper motors, allows you to set the appropriate trajectory of the movement of the feed dog suitable for the type and thickness of the sewn materials. Correctly set transport ensures high quality of the seam. This function is not available in traditional transport mechanisms. The stepper motor controlling the stitch length setting and locking functions significantly reduces the noise level during operation, and also allows for very precise stitch length setting with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. Additionally, the possibility of programming simple decorative stitches.
The A8 series machines are additionally equipped with a material thickness sensor under the presser foot. It is possible to program the machine in such a way that it changes parameters while sewing through the beads, thus always obtaining the perfect stitch.
The extended arm of the machine up to 30.5 cm guarantees great freedom of work, even when sewing large elements.

The Jack A8 lockstitch machine has an improved double thread trimming system, shortening the thread length after cutting to 3.0 mm.
The A8 semi-dry head (oil is not fed to the needle bar drive mechanism) minimizes the risk of staining the fabrics with oil during sewing.
Closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan). A small amount of oil is kept in a closed container to prevent it from getting dirty. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine mechanisms. The machine is also available in subclass “H” for sewing thicker fabrics.

Precise Stitch Length
It has a stepper motor that controls the stitch length setting, and is also responsible for the locking function. The solution significantly reduces the noise level during locking and also allows you to precisely set the stitch length with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
Programmable Transport System
The electronic programmable transport system (4 variants of the feed dog movement) allows you to set the appropriate trajectory of the teeth movement suitable for the type and thickness of the sewn materials.
Elongated Arm
Increased clearance under the arm allows for sewing larger materials.
Semi-Dry-Head
The needle bar is made of a special carbon alloy (with increased flexibility and resistance to abrasion), does not need lubrication.
Material Thickness Sensor
The material thickness sensor under the foot ensures that the parameters of stitching through the beads are adjusted, thus always obtaining the perfect stitch.
Thread Trim System
Improved double thread trimming system (thread length after cutting up to 3.0 mm).
