Electronically controlled, automatic Zig-Zag machine, equipped with an energy-saving motor mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive). This solution guarantees quiet and reliable operation and lower electricity consumption.
An independent transport mechanism, controlled by stepper motors, has significantly increased the possibilities of programming sewing patterns. The machine can be used in production requiring an aesthetic and flexible decorative stitch, including sewing lace and rubber lace in underwear, in the production of gloves or hats.
A closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan) guarantees lower oil consumption, better lubrication of the machine mechanisms and protects against accidental staining of the material. The machine is operated using an intuitive touch control panel on which we can set the available sewing parameters. The machine memory has 14 factory patterns and allows you to save another 99 patterns. The built-in USB port allows you to save patterns on an external memory and update the software.
