JACK automatic machine M5-800×350 and M5-F13F25-800×350

Electronically controlled JACK M5 automatic machine for sewing elements according to a programmed pattern in the sewing field: 800 x 350 mm. Equipped with a vacuum system for stabilizing materials – suction area 270×270 mm (M5 -F13F25-800×350). The machine is used for sewing on pockets, sewing flaps, collars, epaulettes and other small elements. A preparation table with suction allows easy positioning of sewn-on elements. Equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors. The machine can be used for various materials and operations, but is easy to use and, thanks to the solutions used, does not require any special skills from the operator.
The M5-F13F25-800×350 subclass has a suction module built into the table surface (270×270 mm), which facilitates the handling of materials, and is also equipped with a lower thread break sensor.

All sewing parameters can be programmed on the clear, touch-sensitive operating panel. Created patterns can be saved in the machine’s internal memory (available memory for 999 patterns) or external USB memory. The machine is equipped with an enlarged hook with double thread capacity on the bobbin. The RFID reader enables quick automatic loading of patterns depending on the type of sewing form used (the forms are made to order and are not standard equipment of the machine).

It is required to connect the machine to a compressed air source (compressor).
