Programmable sewing machine with a large working area, designed for quilting and sewing repeated stitching patterns. The machine has a rotating head and a hook mechanism (360 degrees) that align with the sewing direction, which ensures perfect stitch quality and, above all, minimizes the risk of thread breaking and stitch skipping. The reduced weight of the head, made of special light aluminum alloys, enables high precision of rotation and thus the creation of a high-quality stitch.

A modern cutting mechanism, driven by an independent stepper motor, guarantees perfect thread cutting. The machine has fast and precise stepper motors responsible for driving the sewing head, the hook mechanism and table movement in the x and y axes.

Thanks to the ease of use and high accuracy and repeatability, the device can be operated by any operator, regardless of his or her sewing skill level.

The machine sews according to a previously created sewing program and using special trays holding the material. Fastening the trays using four universal actuators, as well as an identical presser foot as in machines without a rotating head, allows you to use existing components
to a new machine or vice versa.

The machine allows you to program different heights of the presser foot depending on the thickness of the layers being sewn.

A dry sewing head, without standard oil lubrication in the upper part, ensures no problems with staining of the sewn products.

For proper operation of the machine, it is necessary to connect compressed air (required pressure: 0.6 Mpa, consumption: 3 liters/min).
