C5T SERIES
Fully automatic C5T overlock with top feed
A series of 4- and 5-thread, 2-needle overlockers, equipped with an integrated energy-saving servo drive (Direct Drive system), which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and lower electricity consumption. Double transport: lower and upper (rolling foot).
The upper transport and the drive, reinforced to 750 W, ensure perfectly even movement of the upper and lower layers of stitched materials, which is particularly important when sewing multi-layer insulation (e.g. upholstery), and eliminate the problem of overcoming transverse seams and any thickening. Overlock C5T is designed for sewing medium and heavy materials. Perfect for sewing upholstery and technical fabrics, workwear, etc.
The presser foot lifting and thread cutting mechanism is controlled by a servo motor. This solution guarantees quieter and faster operation, as well as greater durability compared to mechanisms controlled by an electromagnet.
Overlock C5T has work area lighting (LEDs) and a clear and easy-to-use control panel for managing automatic functions: lifting the presser foot and cutting the chain before and after sewing.
The machine’s automatic functions can operate in three modes:
- manual
- semi-automatic
- automatically using photocells located in the stitch plate of the machine
C5T overlocks do not require connection to compressed air, all automatic mechanisms are electrically controlled.

The maximum foot lifting increased to 7 mm allows for multi-layer sewing of thicker materials.
