JACK A7 Lockstitch
Automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine with an electronic transport system, equipped with an energy-saving servo motor, mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive), which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and reduces electricity consumption. The machine is equipped with an electronic transport system (tine movement programming system) controlled by stepper motors. In addition, the machine has a stepper motor that controls the stitch length setting in the machine and is responsible for the locking function. This solution significantly reduces the noise level during locking and also allows you to precisely set the stitch length with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

Stebnówka Jack A7 posiada udoskonalony system obcinania nici skracając długość nitki po obcięciu do 3,5 mm. Zamknięty układ smarowania (brak typowej miski olejowej). Niewielka ilość oleju znajduje się w zamkniętym zbiorniku zabezpieczającym przed jego zabrudzeniem. Takie rozwiązanie gwarantuje mniejsze zużycie oleju oraz lepsze smarowanie mechanizmów maszyny. Maszyna dostępna również w podklasie “H” do szycia grubszych materiałów.

Precise Stitch Length
It has a stepper motor that controls the stitch length setting, and is also responsible for the locking function. The solution significantly reduces the noise level during locking and also allows you to precisely set the stitch length with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
Programmable Transport System
The electronic programmable transport system (4 variants of the feed dog movement) allows you to set the appropriate trajectory of the teeth movement suitable for the type and thickness of the sewn materials.
Material Thickness Sensor
The material thickness sensor under the foot ensures that the parameters of stitching through the beads are adjusted, thus always obtaining the perfect stitch.
Thread Trim System
Improved double thread trimming system (thread length after cutting up to 3.0 mm).
Closed Lubrication System
The machine does not have a typical oil pan. A small amount of oil is kept in a closed container to prevent it from getting dirty. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine mechanisms.
