Fully automatic overlock JACK C60+

Jack C60+ is a series of high-speed, fully automatic overlock machines. The maximum sewing speed reaches 7,000 stitches per minute. It features an integrated motor located in the machine head (Direct Drive system). The modern design of the machine provides even better motor ventilation, significantly increasing the machine’s lifespan and efficiency. The C60+ series includes integrated work area lighting with a three-level light intensity adjustment, ensuring excellent visibility of the work area.

This industrial machine comes with automatic functions such as presser foot lifting and thread trimming at the beginning and end of sewing. It is operated via a user-friendly touchscreen panel, allowing you to select the type of stitch, trimming length, and speed. Additional functions can be activated with a single touch, and voice guidance in Polish provides instructions on how to make the best use of the machine.

With automatic trimming controlled by photocells, the thread length after trimming is up to 5 mm. Acceleration from 0 to 6,000 RPM in 120 ms; deceleration from 6,000 RPM to 0 in 180 ms.

You can select the type of fabric being sewn: light/medium/heavy, allowing the machine to adapt to the most demanding fabrics.

Three operating modes:
– Manual: fully utilizing the foot pedal,
– Semi-automatic: using the pedal, while the cutting and lifting of the presser foot are controlled by photocells,
– Automatic: the machine operates solely with the use of photocells.
