JACK Automatic Machine M7

Electronically controlled machine JACK M7 for sewing large elements according to a programmed pattern in the sewing area: 1400 x 950 mm.

The machine is used to repeatedly perform a repetitive decorative sewing pattern, sewing on labels, Velcro, emblems as well as sewing in pockets, flaps, zippers and other elements. The machine can also be used in the production of quilted jackets, coats, quilts or mattresses.
Equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors. The machine is applicable to various materials and operations, it is easy to use and thanks to the applied solutions it does not require special skills from the operator.
The machine is factory-fitted with a bobbin break sensor.
All sewing parameters can be programmed on a readable, touchscreen operation panel. Created patterns can be saved in the internal memory of the machine (available memory for 999 patterns) or an external USB memory.

Compact

The overall dimensions of the open machine are 227x246cm but thanks to the folding and sliding side and front tables it is possible to reduce the overall dimensions to 110x200cm in 1 minute and transport it very easily.

Large sewing area

Sewing field of 140x95cm where like a blank sheet of paper you can make any type of sewing: shape, size, it’s all up to your creativity.

High Speed

With the new anti-vibration frame structure, it is possible to increase the sewing speed up to 3600rpm, increasing production by 20%.

Optionals

Automatic bobbin change, laser cutting close to the seam, bobbin end detection to avoid sewing empty and pen to mark precise points where to attach pockets or other processes are available.
