JACK A10+ Lockstitch

Automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine with an electronic transport system equipped with an energy-saving servo motor, mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive), which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and low electricity consumption. Electronic programmable transport system (teeth movement programming) controlled by stepper motors, allows setting the appropriate trajectory of teeth movement suitable for the type and thickness of sewn materials. Properly set transport ensures high quality of the seam. A feature not available in traditional transport mechanisms. The stepper motor controlling the stitch length setting and the locking functions significantly reduces the noise level during operation, and also allows for very precise stitch length setting with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. In addition, the ability to program simple decorative stitches.
The A10+ series machines are additionally equipped with a material thickness sensor under the presser foot. It is possible to program the machine to change the parameters when stitching through the beads, thus always obtaining a perfect stitch. Large touch panel. The Jack A10+ lockstitch machine has an improved double thread trimming system, shortening the length of the thread after trimming to 3.0 mm.
A10+ semi-dry head (oil is not supplied to the needle bar drive mechanism) minimizes the risk of oil staining fabrics during sewing.
Closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump). A small amount of oil is in a closed tank to prevent it from getting dirty. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine mechanisms.
