JACK A4B Lockstitch
1-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions, lower dog feed and an energy-saving engine built into the machine head (Direct Drive), which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and reduced electricity consumption. The machine has a built-in operating panel.
Automatic functions:
- thread cutting
- presser foot lift
- bartacking (fastening) while sewing
- needle positioning
The machine uses a stepper motor that controls the stitch length setting, locking function and presser foot lifting function. This solution significantly reduces the noise level during locking, allows you to program the presser foot lifting height, and allows you to precisely set the stitch length with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. Central lubrication (traditional oil pan).

High Precision Stitch
Stitch length can reach 0.1 mm controlled by stepping motor. Stitch length adjustment function can be locked just in case operator’s mis-operation.
Presser foot lift adjustment
Possibility to define the height of the inter-operational presser foot lift.
